All Media intending to attend and cover the Indian Ocean Defence & Security conference and exhibition in a professional capacity are required to apply for accreditation.
Accredited Media will have access to IODS 2024 and the Media Centre from 24 to 26 July.
Media resources are limited and priority will be given to established, known and respected mainstream and specialist maritime, space, defence and industry publications. Please read the eligibility criteria carefully.

- Commercial photographers commissioned by companies exhibiting at IODS 2024;
- Commercial photographers attending to gain images for sale through their own channels or stock agencies;
- Representatives of publications unrelated to mainstream public media or the maritime, space and defence industries;
- Authors;
- Publishers;
- Industry analysts.

The granting and retention of media accreditation is at the absolute discretion of the organisers.
- An application may be refused even where all the accreditation criteria are met.
- Accreditation may be rescinded in the event of misconduct, misrepresentation or failure to adhere to professional journalism principles by a media pass holder or their organisation.
