The Quad is a diplomatic partnership comprising Australia, India, Japan and the United States, committed to supporting an open, stable and prosperous Indo-Pacific that is inclusive and resilient.

The Quad has a positive, practical agenda to respond to the region’s most pressing challenges, including:

  • counter-terrorism

The Quad promotes a shared approach to the region in the name of stability. However, it also offers a platform for bilateral cooperation to develop and exploit advanced technologies and broaden industry scope across international supply chains.
